Our facility in Cape Canaveral, FL seeks an Integrated Program Planning Associate Manager -IV (Manufacturing Requirements Planning) to join our mission supporting the Fleet Ballistic Missile Program (FBM). For over 60 years, the FBM team has supported the Navy's mission to provide affordable and credible strategic deterrence. In this dynamic leadership role you will:

• Direct and prioritize planning/scheduling activities, validating commitment dates as they apply to Master Schedule/Contractual deliverables and providing performance status.

• Work with other FBM planners and Integrated Enterprise Planning to support planning disciplines and establish standard methodologies

• Create/review metrics and identify trends/impacts and direct support functions critical to sustain and support manufacturing, test, repair, and support equipment schedules

• Ensure compliance with proper material handling and storage requirements and ensure database integrity for SAP/ERP, ASRS, & SAIL systems

• Interpret requirements and update Job Instructions to ensure compliance and support multiple government, DCMA, ISO, and internal audits

• Communicate across product lines, working closely with Leadership, and multiple partners

• Provide leadership, direction, guidance, and assistance to ensure communication & coordination to multi-disciplined teams

• Instill process disciplines, provide direction, and seek opportunities to improve efficiencies while holding team responsible to deliver within cost and schedule

• Organize/Integrate high performance teams, inspire/motivate employees to perform productively in a team environment, and establish/communicate organization vision and goals

• Coordinate employee recruitment, training, performance assessments, work assignments, salary and recognition/disciplinary actions, and cultivate a positive work environment

Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors degree with 5-8 years of experience in a MRP/Material Planning, Logistics, and/or Subcontract related discipline

• 3-5 years of previous leadership experience, either formal or informal (e.g. team lead, project lead, etc)

• Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning tools

• Must have a good understanding of Master Schedules
and Contract Attachments

• Computer proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite of
products

• Must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a Secret government security clearance
Desired Skills:
• Active Secret security clearance

• Prefer a Bachelors degree in a related field such as Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Contracting and Acquisition, or Business

• Experience with FBM Program

• Experience with SAP/SAIL Enterprise Resource Planning
tools

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Control Account Manager (CAM) Experience

• Existing relationships with supply chain stakeholders

• Experience coordinating projects where multi-
disciplines/organizations need to work together to
achieve specific goals to meet milestone schedule

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
