These job requirements allow the employee to work at a Lockheed Martin-designated office or job site for part of their schedule and has a predefined regular, recurring telework schedule for the remaining part of their work schedule.
This position is in support of several contracts within the Air and Commercial Solution Market Segment. The selected candidate will work directly with Program Management and Control Account Management Managers (CAMs) to provide program analysis and explanations / recommendations on program performance. They will be responsible for developing all monthly financial reporting artifacts and ensuring compliance with all PPM processes and procedures. The candidate will also analyze the programs financial performance and give business management the appropriate analysis and recommendations on performance and recommended financial monthly outlook, Contract Status Review (CSR) / Long Range Plan (LRP) positions.
Specific tasks include:
• Weekly manpower reporting
• Cost/schedule variance analysis and reporting
• Updating monthly outlooks
• Providing EAC/CEAC analysis
• Identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations to contain program cost exposure
• Work directly with CAMs to develop and maintain contract budget baselines
• Interface with Master Planning/Scheduling staff as needed in order to properly integrate cost and schedule; participate in baseline reviews and program and customer reviews
Basic Qualifications:
• Strong in Excel, also PowerPoint & Microsoft Office Suite • Detailed Oriented
• Experience with Cost Control, Risk Identification and Management
• Effective builder of cross-functional relationships; Strong communicator
• Strong Analytical Skills
• Ability to excel in a fast paced & dynamic environment
• Self starter and able to work independently
Desired Skills:
• Tableau Dashboard Creation and Management Experience
• Understanding of LM Financial tools (Hyperion, Cobra, SAP)
• Previous experience with Earned Value Management (EVM)
• External Orders, Sales, EBIT, & Cash (OSEC) Experience

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
