Description:The Precision Strike Program Team is seeking a highly motivated Program Manager. The Program Manager is responsible for leading the execution of the successful capture, development, integration, production, and support of the Long Range Precision Munition (LRPM) system ensuring all program requirements are achieved reliably, promptly, and affordably.

The successful candidate's responsibilities include:

• Lead LRPM Program for multiple USG customers across multi-domains – air, land and maritime applications.
• Coordinate closely with our international partner across geographical, language and cultural differences to deliver timely and effective solutions to our customers.
• Teams with multiple CAMs and IPT leads to develop, produce, field and support weapon systems providing tactical precision strike capabilities for USG customers
• Provide visibility to and coordination with USG Customer Team and LM Leadership on program performance, financial, schedule and risk positions.
• Lead and coordinate new proposal bids as well as participate in various internal and external strategy and proposal reviews.

The LRPM Program Manager reports to the Precision Strike Program Senior Manager.
Basic Qualifications:
Five (5) years minimum leading small to medium multi-phase programs within LM or similar major defense contractor. Experience on multiple (2 or more) program captures within LM or similar major defense contractor.

Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Business, Organizational Leadership or equivalent degrees from an accredited college, university, or equivalent professional experience/combined education commensurate with assignment.

Demonstrated skills to work within teams on medium to large DoD programs with leadership skills established on major program projects. Demonstrated ability to interact and build relationships with customer team to resolve difficulties and achieve common objectives.

Good written and oral presentation skills to communicate program status, issues, and objectives to LM leadership and DoD customers or potential customers.

Knowledge and awareness of International Trade Compliance for business relationships outside of US.

Ability and willingness to travel to Israel.
Desired Skills:
Ten (10) years minimum leading medium to large multi-phase programs within LM or similar major defense contractor. Experience on multiple complex program captures within LM or similar major defense contractor.

Master's Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics or Business Management from an accredited college, university or equivalent professional experience/combined education commensurate with assignment.

Demonstrated leadership of medium-sized DoD programs. Adept at interacting and building relationships with customer leaders to resolve difficulties and achieve common strategic objectives.

Superior written and oral presentation skills to communicate program position, critical risks/opportunities and clear strategic direction to LM leadership and DoD customers or potential customers.


Demonstrated experience working with International Trade Compliance regulations and processes in major business relationships outside of US.

Basic oral and written language skills in Hebrew.
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
