Reporting Analyst

The Reporting Analyst will be responsible for creating meaningful reports and pulling information utilizing different technologies to drive business decisions as well as provide customers with status reports.

This position is a remote role. However, this candidate must reside in Central Florida to be able to travel on-site to the corporate office for any mandatory meetings or trainings.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for extracting, organizing, and validating data to generate precise reports.

· Proficiency in gathering data from diverse sources, conducting thorough analysis, devising suitable metrics, and offering recommendations to align with organizational objectives.

· Enhance the organization's performance by crafting and disseminating KPIs, conducting in-depth trend analysis, and delivering insightful recommendations to drive process and service enhancement.

· Generate reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and Ad-Hoc reports as-needed basis.

· Provide support to the HFS operations team in designing, testing, and implementing process enhancements, while actively seeking out opportunities for improvement.

· Deliver comprehensive reports to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

· REQUIRED - two to three years’ experience with structured query language utilizing various SQL Server.

· Power BI experience- one to two years’ experience preferred.

· Demonstrated expertise in data analysis, data mining, and database management with a track record of one to three years of practical experience.

· Effectively presenting data to executives at the management and C-suite levels.

· Excellent oral and written communication skills.

· Advanced Excel skills.

· VBA knowledge is a plus.

· Bachelor's degree preferred.

· Highly detail-oriented and analytical thinker with a strong commitment to follow-through and good organizational skills.

· Due to the business need occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

· Ability to sit for long periods of time entering data into the computer.

· Ability to occasionally Lift up to 10 pounds.
