About the Internship

In this internship, you'll gain valuable hands-on experience in the exciting world of sales and recruitment. You'll work alongside experienced sales reps, learning the fundamentals of lead generation, cold calling, and account management.

Develop and qualify leads for our insurance industry and Orlando job board Reach out to and build relationships with potential clients (stale accounts) Learn and refine effective cold calling techniques Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and presentations Contribute to a collaborative and fast-paced work environment

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program (all majors welcome)
• Strong work ethic, with a coachable and eager-to-learn attitude
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
